The tropical water lily is the most perfect of aquatic plants. It will grow anywhere in the U.S.A. when water temperatures reach 70° in full sunlight in 50 or more gallons of water, 12 or more inches deep. It flowers in rapid succession until heavy frost.
The aroma of these lilies fill the air. Of the more than 100 varieties that have been hybridized, we offer, in this catalog, those that we feel are the most outstanding in each color range. We have selected those that will allow almost every water gardener to have one or more of these aquatic aristocrats.
You have missed out if you haven't grown a tropical. Their season extends from June to October and there are both day and night blooming varieties in every color of the rainbow. Most of all, tropicals will adjust to the size of the container they are grown in and will stay small and still flower if they are fertilized regularly. Web containers work best when dwarfing is necessary.
Although considered annuals, tropicals are the best of bargains to those who order them year after year. Order yours today and allow us to substitute when possible. You'll never be disappointed - we guarantee it!
